Our Mission: Inspire Everyday People to DIY Too!

Hi! We're Daires and Akilah Grant.  

We are best friends who have been married for over 10 years. Our DIY journey began with a small budget, no experience, limited tools and a much needed update to our  small bathroom.  We learned how to DIY from YouTube videos and started to enjoy working together on home improvement projects!  It was exciting to unleash an inner DIY power to makeover our home better than before! 

Now, we want to help you unleash yours!

We believe a home is improved with love ♡ and a little DIY!  Anyone can upgrade and transform their living space without prior experience!  Whether you prefer functional, eclectic, farmhouse or modern, DIY projects can be affordable and easy.  Sometimes you just need a little encouragement to get started!

Our goal is to build a community of DIYers who are inspired to try something new!
